Manchester United fans were sent into a frenzy after reports on Sunday suggested that the club could be readying a mammoth £155 million bid for Juventus star Paulo Dybala.
Dybala reportedly has no release clause in his contract, which means he would be available for a relative bargain compared to the astronomical transfer fees paid for Neymar and Kylian Mbappe this summer.
United would face competition from Barcelona for the Argentine’s signature, but manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly told chief executive to prioritise a deal for Dybala if the playmaker wants to leave Juventus.
The reports have many United fans salivating at the prospect of Juventus’ star player turning out in their colours, with some even going as far as to say they’d prefer him to Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann,
