  • PSG have boosted their presence in the UAE.

From September onwards, around 250 youngsters aged between 3 and 17 will train at the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Dubai, which has been set up in the former Club Dubai, an establishment founded in 2009 by Frédéric Deswarte, who is now the manager of the Parisian centre.

Throughout the year and at various seasonal camps, the children will benefit from tuition from Paris Saint-Germain’s coaches, who will pass on their footballing expertise and teach the capital club’s values and style of play.

Fabien Allègre, Director of Merchandising and Brand Diversification, declared: “We are delighted to set up the first long-term Paris Saint-Germain academy in the middle east. We are now established on all continents, except oceania.

“The PSG academy programme is a worldwide success, and through it we will continue to transmit our values and our passion for football in other countries.”

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy Dubai will be rolled out on four different sites:

    – JSS Private School: 343 & 132 40 B St – Dubai – United Arab Emirates
    – German School: P.O. Box 391162 DIAC Dubai – United Arab Emirates
    – VVF: 15 4a St – Dubai – United Arab Emirates
    – All Star Sport: Umm Suqeim Road – Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Since 2013, the Academy has regularly held camps in the Middle East – in Qatar, Kuwait and Oman. Its long-term establishment in Dubai will increase the club’s presence in a region where football is enjoying a surge in popularity. With these four centres in Dubai, the Paris Saint-Germain Academy now boasts 45 year-round centres in France, the United States, Canada, Brazil, India and Morocco.

Registrations are now open and for more information, please visit the official Paris Saint-Germain Academy Dubai website.
