  • The Gold Cup 2022 (Dubai Open) reaches its glamorous conclusion this Saturday with an afternoon of world-class polo and elegant entertainment.

    A variety of tickets and generous hospitality packages are available now for the tournament finale – running for a 13th-consecutive year – at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club.

    Royalties, celebrities, VIPs from the Dubai social scene, polo enthusiasts and families have typically gathered when the Middle East’s biggest polo event ends. 2022’s edition is not set to be any different.

    Exclusive Gold Lounge access comes with a Dh5,000 minimum spend on drinks, for which you receive 10 event entries and three parking passes. There will also be a fashion show there on the day, plus fireworks and after party.

    Picnic gazebos cost Dh2,800 – inclusive of a picnic basket good for eight patrons, event entry for eight and two parking passes – or Dh1,000 to receive a picnic basket for four patrons, event entry for four and one parking pass.

    A dedicated kid’s area to keep the little ones entertained will include a Bouncy castle, pony rides and more.     The Dubai Polo Gold Cup organisation was founded in 2009 by Mohammed Al Habtoor, patron of the Habtoor Polo team. The Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series is comprised of five tournaments namely the Silver Cup, Polo Masters Cup, IFZA Gold Cup (Dubai Open), Dubai Challenge Cup and Dubai Cup.

    The Series is one of only five tournaments in the world played in the WPT Championship Cup category, on a par with world-class events held in Argentina, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.

    The Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club is the home ground for the Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series and plays host to various international-standard polo tournaments throughout the year.
