Tennis at The Palace is hitting the UAE capital from March 12 to 14, 2015 and there will be an array of grass court legends including Tim Henman competing.
It has been announced that Fortnum & Mason are the headline sponsor of the event where traditional grass court tennis will be appreciated in the Middle East.
British tennis star Henman, famed for his elegant serve-and-volley game, will be joining the event’s line up in March. Henman was the first player from the United Kingdom since the 1970s to reach the semi-finals of the Wimbledon Men’s Singles Championship.
Other tennis greats that are playing in this exhibition are: Richard Krajicek, Pat Cash and Younes El Aynaoui but more are set to be announced next year.
Tennis at The Palace will be set in the lavish surroundings of Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi.

“Tim is thrilled to be coming to Abu Dhabi for tennis; he is familiar with the region through his other sporting passion for golf. However to have him return to play grass court tennis in Abu Dhabi is so exciting for us all.
