The studio underwent extensive enhancements over the last few months and is now equipped with refreshed exterior and interior design fit outs, world-class pilates training equipment, exclusive classes for ladies, complemented with a large and comfortable reception area, and much more.
The studio now offers 70 classes per week, including ladies-only classes and over 400 personal training sessions per month with STOTT PILATES trainers. The refurbished studio is fitted with three large group workout rooms with a capacity to train 10, 15 and, 20 clients respectively, two dedicated private rooms, high-end exclusive STOTT PILATES equipment, redesigned and renovated changing rooms, lockers, and toilets.
The distinct ‘ladies only’ timings restrict entry of men into the exercise rooms so that clients’ privacy is fully respected. New exercise equipment includes new STOTT PILATES V2Max Plus Reformers, brand new luxury workout mats, and various resistance training equipment and props to improve the different types of classes offered by the studio.
