  • This morning, Manchester City have scored three times in Kiev to put themselves in a commanding position going into the second-leg of their last-16 tie with Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League.

Goals from Aguero, Silva and a wonderful strike from Yaya Toure sealed a vital win and three important away goals. They won the match 3-1 and it means they now have their best chance of progressing to the last eight of the competition for the first time.

PSV held Atletico Madrid to a 0-0 draw in the other Champions League tie of the night.

Novak Djokovic has won his 700th career match after beating Malek Jaziri in two sets at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships.

Djokovic is aiming to win his third straight competition in 2016.

Stan Wawrinka, Tomas Berdych and Nick Kyrgios all also made it through to the last eight.

Rory McIlroy is hoping to find his first win of the 2016 season this weekend at the Honda Classic in Florida.

McIlroy, who finished third in Abu Dhabi, sixth in Dubai and 20th at the Northern Trust Open will play alongside Open champion Zach Johnson and Padraig Harrington for the first two rounds.
